My Roles and Responsibilities
UX Researcher sitting at the intersection of product and applied UXR, flexing between both shipping-focused and foundational work.
Led research by running usability sessions, A/B testing, competitive benchmarking, focus groups, and literature reviews. Presented work to senior product, design, and research leadership.

Led benchmarking research comparing industry leaders for AI products. Moved the needle on design considerations, de-risking them, and unblocking ambiguity around key decisions.
